Vlieland - Flylân

The island of Vlieland adopted on 29 July 1938 a flag of seagreen over white. Apparently Vlieland and Terschelling used to have the same flag in the early 18th century, a flag of no less than 15 stripes (red, white, blue, green, red, yellow, green, yellow, red, blue, yellow, green, red, white and blue!).
