The iNcwala or First Fruits Ceremony in 1970
Boys run off after they have dropped their “emacembe”, leaves at the “inhlambelo” or sacred enclosure in the Royal “sibaya”, the cattle byre in Lobamba. Old men use the leaves from the pile and the “lusekwane” branches to cover the inhlambelo.
