Gazimağusa (Famagusta), a walled city on the east coast
The Tanner’s Mosque, a small mosque in the Ottoman era; the building dates back to the 15th century, a reflection of French Gothic, Byzantine and Armenian styles. There are signs of Byzantine wall decorations in the inner walls.
