Bulevardi Dëshmorët e Kombit, the main thoroughfare in Tirana, Albania’s capital. The building opposite is the Council of Ministers building with a balcony where Enver Hoxha and other communist leaders used to view the big parades that would be held here. It has a socialist relief next to it.
