Gjirokastra, UNESCO World Heritage Town

Male guest room

The male guest room in the house, reconstructed in 1966 on the site where in 1908 communist dictator Enver Hoxha was born. The dwelling, now the Ethnographic Museum, is designed as a traditional Gjirokastra house belonging to a wealthy family of merchants or Ottoman administrators from the 19th Century.
