Scheiwijkse Molen

The Scheiwijkse Molen is a hollow post mill along the Voordijk in Hoornaar. It was built in 1638 and has been in operation until 1974. The mill was built to drain the polder, using a paddle wheel with a diameter of almost 6 metres.
