Tile work on the exterior of the Mausoleum of Hoja Ahmad Yassawi, one of the most important spiritual leaders, built in the 14th century in the upper part of Shah-i-Zinda (meaning “The living king”) Ensemble, including mausoleums and other ritual buildings of the 9th - 14th and 19th centuries.
