King Sobhuza II

The “Ngwenyama” (“Lion”), King Sobhuza II stands on the Royal dais in the Somhlolo Stadium, Lobamba, while the National Anthem is being played at the third Independence anniversary. He wears the red “ligwalagwala” feathers, a symbol of royalty, and carries a shield and battle axe.
