Seto Machindranath Temple

Seto Machindranath, the temple of Seto Machindra, between Asan and Indra Chowk. The deity, also knows as Karunamaya, is worshipped by both Hindus and Buddhists (as Avalokiteśvara). The temple was probably established around the 10th century.
