Boudhanath stupa, a sacred site in Tibetan Buddhism

In Jamchen Lhakhang Monastery

Monks reading their prayers in the Jamchen Lhakhang, also known by its English name of Maitreya Temple. It was built by the head of Tsharpa sub-lineage of the tradition of Tibetan Buddhism, Chogye Trichen Rinpoche in 1985 on the west side of the Boudhanath Stupa.
