55 Window Palace, temples

The 55 Window Palace, constructed by king Yaksa Malla about 1427 CE. King Bhupatindra Malla remodelled it in the 17th century and it was completed during the reign of King Ranjit Malla in 1754. Opposite is the Lapan Mahadev Temple and behind it the Siddhi Vatsala Temple, to the east of Bhaktapur Durbar Square.
