Bhaktapur, Nepal’s best-preserved old city

Woodcarvings, Pujari Math Museum

Intricate woodcarvings on a window of the Pujari Math Museum in Bhaktapur. The building was originally used as Hindu priests’ houses; it was constructed in the 15th century and rebuilt in 1763. It now serves as the Woodcarving Museum.
