'Khöömiyn Dörvön Turul”, a demonstration of “khöömi” or “throat singing” by a performer of the Erdene Zuu traditional folk music group who demonstrates the different sounds that can be made, using nose, tongue, throat, larynx. This is a good demonstration of the Mongolian and Tuvan overtone singing, where two or more distinct pitches are sung at the same time, producing an almost whistling sound.
