Albanian League of Prizren building

The restored building of the Albanian League of Prizren (Lidhja Shqiptare e Prizrenit). It was completely destroyed by Serb forces in 1999, but beautifully rebuilt. The memorial plaque reads: “Here, on 6 October 1968, the first Albanian demonstrations after the Second World War started for self-determination in Albanian lands, under Yugoslav occupation, for a Republic of Kosovo, for the national flag. October 6, 2008, Municipality of Prizren”.
