The memorial in the Shatërvan district dedicated to Xhevat Berisha, a fighter of the UÇK (Ushtria Çlirimtare e Kosovës, the Kosovo Liberation Army) who died in 1998 during the war with the Serbs which eventually led to Kosovo's independence.
