Seoul City Hall

Seoul City Hall, the governmental building for the Seoul Metropolitan Government with its façade of glass, incorporating the façade of the old City Hall. Founded in 1926, the old Seoul City Hall is a Renaissance-style stone building on Seoul Plaza where the 1 st of March 1919 (Samil) Independence Movement and demonstrations of the pro-democracy movement in June 1987 were held.
