Hwaeomsa Temple, South Jeolla Province

Bojeru Pavilion

The Bojeru Pavilion of Hwaeomsa, a head temple of the Jogye Order of Korean Buddhism. Its supporting pillars are natural wood, unpainted and without decoration. It was built in 1636 for monastic and lay gatherings.
