Eternal Rome, Italy’s capital
The magnificent Trevi Fountain, which was completed in 1762, is the most popular with visitors from other countries. It is 26 metres high and 20 metres wide, the largest Baroque fountain in Rome and one of the most famous fountains in the world. A legend says that visitors who throw coins into this fountain will someday return to the city.
