Camp of Meta-lungana

The “Camp of Meta-lungana”, the mythical blue-tongued lizard, who had speared and cooked an emu, but refused to share the meat; his camp was set on fire by the Kuniya, carpet snake men and he was killed. It is a site of ritual significance at the base of Uluru, associated with the myths of the local Pitjantjatjara people.
