Statue “The Man from Snowy River”

The statue in the Centennial Park along Sharp Street in Cooma, erected as a tribute to A.B. (Banjo) Patterson, a poet who wrote the greatly loved Australian ballad “The Man from Snowy River”. It was made by Ian McKay and unveiled on 14 October 1961.
