Aboriginal Ceremonies Central Australia - Ngajakula
Wooden “kurdiji”, (wooden shields) painted with the snake dreaming designs during a “Ngajakula” or “Kurangarra” ceremony in Lajamanu. The shields are dyed with red ochre and the white dots painted on with sticks.
