A Jupurrula man dances with a “kurdiji” wooden shield during a “Jardiwanpa” ceremony in a Warlpiri Aboriginal community in the Northern Territory. A woman dances with a “kuturu”, decorated fighting stick. The songs and decorations relate to emu “dreaming”.
