Southern approach, Shkodra

The road splits with, left, Rruga Xhabije-Parrucë (formerly Rruga Zogu I) and to the right Rruga e Perashit, the southern approach to the northern town of Shkodra. The streets are also known as Rruga Studenti and Bulevardi Mehmet Pashë Plaku.
