Welcome to the OzOutback site. Please read the following terms and conditions before you download any image from this web site.

At the moment there are about 1300 photos on this site and most of these may be bought as a high-resolution file to be used in your publication. Please note that all images are copyright and unauthorised publication is not allowed. Do you want to use images from this site to "try out" in your layouts? Please feel free.... BUT... by downloading anything from this site, you agree not to use it in any other way (unless, of course, you pay for it).

OzOutback images may not be used in any materials distributed outside of your company or to the public and may not be sold or sublicensed alone or as part of any product, unless you have purchased the appropriate image. This includes use in a commercial web site. (But students who'd like to use images from this site in their school projects are very welcome to do so free of charge; just let us know).

Image usage that may be deemed to be defamatory, libelous, pornographic, obscene and/or immoral is expressly prohibited.

For use on your personal web pages (images downloaded directly from our site) there is no charge, provided it is just a personal, non-commercial site, or a site of a charitable nature. Images may be resized if required, but not altered in any other way and the images should be credited as:

All images are high-quality JPEG downloads. If an uncompressed TIFF file is required, this can be sent to you on CD for most images: we charge $10 extra for the CD, packaging, postage and handling.

For use on a commercial or advertising web site (images downloaded directly from our site) the charge is $25 per image. Images may be resized if required, but not altered in any other way and the images should be credited as:

Please contact us by email with your requirements, giving us the details described above. Upon mutual agreement regarding the commission we send you an invoice by e-mail. Unfortunately we haven't got credit card facilities yet. Payment is by bank transfer or by cheque to OzOutback Internet Services.

Please note that for Australian customers 10 % GST needs to be charged over the price of the image. Overseas customers don't need to pay this.

We would appreciate acknowledgement of the photographer.
