Republic of San Marino
An Abarth Simca 1300 of 1961/62 and behind it the Abarth Simca 2000 GT Corsa, with front air scoops for the disc brakes and oil cooler, 1964; and at the back an Abarth Simca 2000 GT with fibreglass long nose section of 1965. These cars were based on a Simca 1000 chassis and suspension, but the engines were built by Abarth. These were pure racing cars, capable of speeds between 230 and 270 km/hour. They are displayed in the Maranello Rosso Museo Ferrari & Abarth in Fulciano, San Marino.
