Mount Moorosi

Mount Moorosi, a backdrop to the village of Lekhalong Ha Moqale in the south of the country. The mountain was the stronghold of Chief Moorosi, the chief of the Baphuti, who was besieged by the British in 1879; the Baphuti were massacred, Moorosi killed and his head taken as a trophy.
