Uiam shrine

A small shrine on Uiam (“Righteous Rock”) below Jinjuseong Fortress on the Nam river, the site where Nongae, a female entertainer, killed one of the Japanese generals during their victory celebration in 1593, by embracing him and casting herself along with the general into the river, killing them both.
