Victoria - Australia's smallest mainland State

Old Tallangatta

Old Tallangatta on Hume Lake, in the north east of Victoria, near the border with New South Wales. This town was flooded by the waters of the Mitta Mitta River in the 1950s when Hume Weir was constructed and the township was relocated to what is now known as New Tallangatta.
